Política de Cancelamento

CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Cancellation should only be made by the member that made the Reservation booking and might incur an unnecessary fee if no solid reason for cancellation is provided 2. EARLY ARRIVAL: Arriving excessively early is just as inconvenient to us as arriving late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes before your scheduled start time, we will send you to Adult Video Warehouse (5 minutes away) with instructions to bring back a gift. Arriving early and waiting outside of the dungeon compromises my privacy and the privacy of other clients. 3. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, for any reason, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time in order for us to apply your deposit to a future date. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit is forfeited and you will need to submit a new deposit to reschedule. RESCHEDULING: If you have respectfully provided at least 24 hours of notice prior to your scheduled start time, you may request to reschedule your session without penalty. As long as adequate notice is given, we will apply your deposit to a new date up to two times. If you need to reschedule a third time, for the same session, you must submit a new deposit.
